Scheduled sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled 12 hours before the session. *

If not present within the first 15 minutes of the session, it will be cancelled and is non-refundable. *

For late arrival within 15 mintues, only the remaining minutes of a session will be honoured. *

Should either party (Faciliator or Client) decide not to continue to working together, 14 days notice is required. For outstanding sessions, it is up to the discretion of the Facilitator to decide on a final solution. *
