Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a slower, cooler style of yoga that uses a number of props to create passive, longer held stretches to allow our body to drop into rest. Cozy stretches last 3-5 minutes with the use of a bolster (if you have one), pillows, and blankets to pad your torso, behind head, shoulders, and knees. Please have a generous supply of cushions of similar and varying sizes to choose from as well as at least a blanket.
