About Your Facilitator
Erica is a mindfulness guide, yoga and meditation teacher, and sound practitioner. She guides individuals to reclaim inner peace and nurture self-connection through mindfulness practices. Drawing on tools like movement, meditation, reflection, and sound, she creates spaces for rest, curiosity, and self-discovery.
Her approach is heart-led, offering practices that are accessible, compassionate, and adaptable to daily life. She believes mindfulness is not one-size-fits-all, but a personal blend—one that shifts with time and intention. Through her guidance, participants are encouraged to find practices that feel natural, supportive, and sustaining.
Why Join?
For some, it’s a grounding ritual. For others, a mindful experiment. For all, a self-guided experience.
You may be moving through your days on autopilot, stuck in habits that no longer serve you, or running on empty. Perhaps you’ve been pouring into others without tending to yourself. You could be moving through a life transition or navigating change that has left you craving steadiness and care. Or perhaps stress has been weighing on your body and mind leaving you longing for more ease from constant busyness.
This 30-day journey offers space to pause, realign, and discover practices that truly nourish you by creating a daily mindfulness habit that supports you especially through busy seasons. Each week over 30 days, you’ll focus on four distinct categories of mindfulness giving you space to explore what works best for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being at this point in time.
Step into an experience to nurture and better understand yourself through mindfulness.
