Join us for a curated series of elevated mindful experiences pairing the spice of movement and the pleasure of savouring brunch in a single, satisfying ritual.

This signature pop-up unfolds as a full arc of activation to restoration in a four-course ritual:

  • 1st Course: MOVE | Pilates - An energizing Pilates practice designed to return you to the body and awaken the core through intentional, low-impact movement. Beginner-friendly with options to suit your preferred spice level, cultivating strength, stability, and mobility.

  • 2nd Course: RESTORE | Sound Bath - After the burn, soften into stillness with a restorative sound bath. Soothing frequencies and layered vibration guide the nervous system into a natural state of rest and digest.

  • 3rd Course: TRANSITION | Walk - A short walk through the city offers space to integrate, connect, and arrive fully present at our second location.

  • 4th Course: SAVOUR | Brunch - A French-inspired Sunday Jazz Brunch at Ricarda’s.Thoughtfully prepared food, conversation, live jazz, and community come together in a moment designed to be fully savoured.
