WELLNESS STUDIO: The Villij

Deepen your practice and embrace stillness in Soulful Stretch. This slow-paced practice focuses on releasing tension and improving flexibility throughout the body. Moving through a series of passive and prolonged poses (3-5 mins), experience deep relaxation and a sense of inner peace.

All levels, including beginners, are welcome and will find this class accessible.

Class is taught with music.

Includes a yoga mat and supportive props for your practice.
