Get cozy with a slow yoga practice to infuse rest into your nervous system. Great to relieve stress or tension to prepare your body to wind down for the evening. We’ll be using props around your home to support you during this passive session to ambient music.
Energy Exchange:

What You’ll Need:
- Multiple sets of pillow, cushions, or blankets 
- Bed, yoga mat, or space on the floor 
- Comfortable, stretchy, or loose clothing (recommendation)
