There is power in silence and even more power in a collective of individuals meditating together in silence. Use this time to ground, reset, and deepen your meditation practice with the felt support of others virtually. Feel free to drop in and out during the session.
Please keep in mind that this space is specifically catered to individuals who self-identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Colour (BIPOC).
