A 20-min meditation to invite awareness, clarity, and focus to your day.
This guided session explores elements of mindfulness and meditation to go inward. Types of meditation include visualization, focused, body scan, metta (loving-kindness), reflection (gratitude, journaling, scripting), sound bath, mantra, and movement meditations.
