PLATFORM: INSIGHT TIMER
A 20-30-min meditation to invite awareness, clarity, and focus to your day.
This guided session explores elements of mindfulness and meditation to go inward. Types of meditation include visualization, focused, body scan, metta (loving-kindness), reflection (gratitude, journaling, scripting), oracle card pulls, sound bath, mantra, movement meditations, mindfulness activities or sometimes we even just talk about something that has come up for us or one of us. We go with the flow and hold space for each other.
